EPC CC Role: Pre-contract cost estimating and contract negotiations. Construction phase commercial management, including; Sub-contract procurement and commercial management, cost reporting, main contract valuations, final account administration and negotiation.
Our client NE Cox Construction was appointed under a traditional JCT contract to undertake fabric repairs to this brilliant school. The repairs consisted of replacement aluminium windows, doors, fascia’s and guttering. The works will provide a reduced long-term maintenance liability for the Trust, as well as improving the overall aesthetic.
On behalf of the main contractor NE Cox construction, we provided Estimating services in the pre-contract phase and then quantity surveying and commercial management services in the construction phase monitoring and reporting on all the costs associated with the build. From general procurement, valuations, cost reporting and final accounts, our team are fully integrated with the project team for this scheme.
