EPC CC Role: Pre-contract cost estimating and contract negotiations. Construction phase commercial management, including; Sub-contract procurement and commercial management, cost reporting, main contract valuations, final account administration and negotiation.
Works Overview:
Different phases of window replacement., Some hardwood timber, some uPVC and some aluminium. In addition, repairs to some ‘Listed Windows’.
Roofing works comprising of both replacement flat roofs along with replacement of a number of areas of slated pitched roofs.
On behalf of the main contractor NE Cox construction, we provided Estimating services in the pre-contract phase and then quantity surveying and commercial management services in the construction phase monitoring and reporting on all the costs associated with the build. From general procurement, valuations, cost reporting and final accounts, our team are fully integrated with the project team for this scheme.
